Job Description Brief Description Ongoing Production support for O2A accounts. Skills – UNIX,SQL, Basic Java Analyze the order fallouts. Write M&P for the order fallout handling. Create WA for the order fallouts in coordination with dev teams. Build automation (using Shell Script, Jesi Tool) for order fall out handling and other reporting requirements. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for E2E order flow completion (front end and back end). Raise incidents/defects on dev teams and follow up with relevant teams for permanent fix. In parallel, work on investigating WA for the same. Brainstorm with the team and work on innovative ways of handling BAU tasks. Advantage Amdocs Products – Familiar with Amdocs OMS and CRM.
