MUST HAVE EXPERT KNOWLEDGE IN SPORTS
Candidate is expected to:
• Manage all social media channels & campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction
• Research and analyze social media trends, including web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Work with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
• Product Learning and Testing – Constantly studying and testing new products, both client’s and MDA’s, on basis of content, functionality and user flow, providing detailed feedback and suggestions.
• Sports and Gaming Expertise – Thorough understanding of popular sports (cricket, football) and gaming (poker, fantasy sports), to better handle products and clients from those industries.
• Language Quality Control – Good grip on the English language, editing and proofreading content to be published on social and on other designs. Creating templates for communication with potential influencers and partners.
• Client Relations – ability to clearly present strategies and plans with clients, ability to pitch ideas and offers with potential influencers and partners.
• Project Initiative – Ready to take up the lead role in a new project and be the single point of contact and answerability.
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
• The Social Media Manager should always be learning, as it’s a crucial component of the company’s success.
