Meet or exceed the stakeholder expectations and participate to all decision making/review meetings. Ensure standard budgetary templates, plans are used across all customer accounts. Design templates and data collection to prepare the ad-hoc management reporting requirements. Prepare summary presentations to support the management decision making process. Prepare and maintain master data for Third party Vendor details with maximum details. Work with Account Directors /PDM and Project Team to get maximum insight where by able to do accurate cost forecasting /accrual process. Plan all the project level expenses and track the purchase requisitions procurement to PO and Invoice approval. Prepare and explain the variance between Customer level budget and actuals with a business and accounting commentary. Monitor the Change request related to Third Party Vendors and ensure that we do not have any margin loss.In case of overrun alert the management to take appropriate decisions . Track and report accounting transaction which goes in to a customer project/LOB and co-ordinate with accounting function to determine the reason behind entries and allocations charged to projects and take decision on why and how to transfer costs from one cost centre/WBS to another cc/WBS. Support the Business managers to understand the cost of delivery of projects and the true margin from the project. Support the Business Partner to evaluate the reporting and analytics requirements and to create the design definition of reports. Prepare reporting design and requirement documentation for IT to develop new reports for Business Finance functions. Ensure the reports are prepared using standard reporting formats across all areas in CoE. Deliver the listed tasks or reports as per the SLA/KPIs agreed with stakeholders. Ensure the process documentations are updated with changes as per the plan. Manage the team to deliver the desired outcome on time with accurate information /insights. REQUIREMENTS/Skill sets CA Inter , ICWA Inter , MBA (Finance), CMA with minimum 5Years experience in Project finance and Cost management. Experience in SAP, Business Objects and BPC is an added advantage. Analytical skill Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Excellent communication skill
