Please visit our websiteherefor more information Role Purpose The person in this role will be a hands-on professional for delivery of Success Factors Learning, Performance, Talent Management related change through development to the production application. Responsibilities include oDesign the Success Factors configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. oUse the business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics oAssist in defining and reviewing requirements for the application oValidate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements oWork alongside other designers andSAP/Success Factors engineers in completing designs oInform the technical architect and Scrum Master/ project manager of any issues that may affect delivery or other areas of the project oParticipate in quality management reviews ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements Key Accountabilities Key specific accountabilities oDevelopment and enhancements on HR SF PLT (Success Factors – Performance Learning and Talent Management). oKey person in development team and manage all expectations from business and help support team to implement changes in production. oResponsible for the quarterly releases and L3 Incident support activities in HR SF PLT (Success Factors – Performance Learning and Talent Management.) oShould able to make a decision from design perspective like best possible solution or go-no go decisions from architectural view. oGather and Review the requirement from business stakeholders, prepare functional specification and own development. Also involve in different life cycle of the project like Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Close. oTechnical investigations Analyze issues and recommend permanent solution. oAct as liaison between the business and various technical teams (SAP/ Success Factors technical team, SAP Development Team, Infrastructure Team) to ensure quick resolution of project/small change/incidents/problem tickets. oAssist in development of documentation, online help, training material, and quick reference guides and delivery of SAP/Success Factors training when necessary. oResponsible for establishing and adherence to the Standard, Processes and Procedures for the ITIL Best Practice Incident Management & Problem Management process in conjunction with other Development teams. Follow highest level of development standards. oSkill Enhancements and Grooming of other team members in SF area. oChange Management Implement the technical changes/ configuration changes at the application level oKnowledge Management Sharing of knowledge with the peers for self and team development, update configuration workbooks and other documentation deliverables oService Improvements be part of the service improvement initiatives and would be expected to work on the automation and process documentation/implementation. Stakeholder Management and leadership oEngage with senior stakeholders, such as Tech Partners and senior business leaders oDeputize for ITHR Regional Lead when required, engaging with senior stakeholders and senior leaders to communicate progress, highlight risks and issues. oAttend ITHR Leadership meetings where required Decision Making and Problem Solving oWork with the SAP HR Development Lead to ensure resources with requisite skills are available to meet current and future work demands of the function oThird-level application support for Success Factors, resolving incident and problem records. oProvide support and guidance to L1/L2 RTB colleagues Risk and Control All Barclays colleagues have to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards Person Specification Essential Skills oMust have in depth knowledge in SF Performance & Goals with working experience in SF- Learning, Talent, Succession Management, Employee Central & ORD/PRD Reporting with sound exposure to SAP HCM Core modules- PA, OM, and Time Management oUnderstanding of Master Configuration files for PMGM oAdministrative knowledge of PMGM including tools like Modify Form Route Map, Launch Delete/Archive forms etc. oTemplate and permission configuration of Goal and Performance template via XML in provisioning system. oConfiguration of Continuous Performance Management. oIn depth knowledge on Team Overview, Stack ranker, pick list management. oIn depth knowledge of Calibration in Performance Management. oComplete awareness of the Language Pack translation process. oAwareness of different data models, configuration of Foundation objects and Meta data framework. oKnowledge on RBP, proxy management and setting user permissions using Manage Permission Groups and Manage Permission Roles. oAwareness of Performance and Goal management Integration. oMust have user experience with SAP HCM and Success Factors processes and technical aptitude to learn functional and configuration concepts oInbound/Outbound interfaces or HCI – HANA Cloud Integration oKnowledge of Microsoft office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Skills / Aptitude Required oExcellent written and oral communication skills to work effectively with the business stakeholders. oCandidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision oMust have strong commitment to customer service oMust be dedicated to pro-active review of process and procedures to continually enhance service quality, delivery, and support oAbility to think out of the box oEnjoys challenges and strives to Continuously improve the way we work oPeople Management skills to co-ordinate with various teams across different vendors and regions. oAble to work in tight deadlines and under pressure oProduce solid work that is both accurate and to a high standard oBe self-motivated, disciplined and able to work well in a team environment but also on an individual basis to ensure tasks/actions are completed
