Skill: sql , database , iam , perl , rest , access management , problem solving , team player , idm , application support , infrastructure , tandem , novell , soap , unix; Exp: 4-6 years; About the opportunity Purpose of your role The Senior Analyst IT Security Application Support role is part of IAM implementation/Support team which integrate/on-board FIL applications with strategic IAM (Identity & Access Management) application environments and also implements new IDM functionalities. This role required the resource to on-board applications and resolve issues related to AGS specific to collector, reviews audit etc. This role depending on use case also implements new IDM functionalities in the IAM infrastructure. Role is also expected to liaise with application support, IAM Operations (aka IT Security Access management) and business teams to get the required understanding of the applications and integrate those applications as per FILs defined strategy of applications on boarding and as part of the IAM project plan. Role will also require working with business to define the business workflows for them to raise access requests. Key Responsibilities Able to resolve queries related to review definitions, recertification and workflows in RSA IMG (Access Governance) Develop customized SQL queries for any specific report requirement Work in tandem with Governance team and address any internal/external audit queries Performance and functionality troubleshooting Remediation of issues specific to Data sync and collections in AGS. Good understanding for Shell, perl or vbs scripting Document the application functional specification and test plan for each application on boarding activity Coordinate with Application team and perform the on-boarding of applications. Develop customized SQL queries for any specific report requirement Work in tandem with Governance team and address any internal/external audit queries. Perform unit testing of the code in Development environment Ensure there are business and application owners sign-off available for the said application on boarding Document each aspect of the application on boarding and come up with an application on boarding process and matrix Troubleshoot the driver issue for any kind of bug Handover the driver policy and knowledge to application support and IAM Operations team Adhere to application on-boarding plan as part of IAM Project Form strong working relationships with application support team and the IAM Operations (aka IT Security Access management) groups to ensure relevant information are captured and IAM project timelines are achieved. Provide technical knowledge sharing to the IAM support team after the application on boarding process Experience and Qualifications Required This position requires minimum 4-6 years of practical, hands-on technical experience in at least couple of them of the following areas Strong hands-on experience on RSA IMG (Access Governance) system Understanding of Database and SQL skills are required Directory Services Novell eDirectory. Understanding of Database and SQL skills are required Familiarity with related IAM standards, such as SAML, SPML and XACML Familiarity with Web Services and associated protocols and standards (SOAP, REST, WS-*) LDAP skills (Novell eDir) required UNIX SA skills preferred Work flow troubleshooting experience is an added advantage A strong disposition to take responsibility and to lead by example. Ability to draw on experience to question and challenge existing or proposed solutions An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Organised with good attention to detail with a natural ability to prioritise workload and objectives. Structured and methodical in problem solving Strong communication skills and flexible team player Flexibility to travel between locations in the UK South East and India.
