They are the first level of support for the business and shouldunderstand the functionality of the system, how the business uses the system,and data governance for objects used. They are also repsonsible for ensuring the data quality for the businessunit and geography they support. Accountabilities Provide first line ofsupport to business by managing application and data cases and perform all useradministration tasks new users, territory movement, etc.. Person should befluent in written and verbal communication using German and English Work with relevant areasto ensure consistent Lead manangement process for demand generation campaign Work with business toprioritize and understand Ideas (enhancements) and work with the team torequest additional information or clarify requirements. Work with businessenhancement and regression testers to understand expected outcomes andfunctionality of existing processes and new enhancements. Understand the salesand marketing processes and functionality of all objects used by the businessand what the workflows, validations and triggers on those objects do(functionality, not the technical development). Validate Accounts forthe business by using the data administration tools to de-dupe, apply DUNSinformation, ensure BU specific fields are populated where required andpopulate link to Enterprise Account ifnecessary. Work withL&D to launch & train on all new functionality and to supportpost-launch with coaching sessions where required Participate inthe global data governance meetings to provide feedback on global data changesand enforce the GSFA standards for data quality. Understand salesforce analytics and assist with creatingreports and dashboards for the business. Understand the functionality of C9 and assist business with runningreports. Communicateeffectively with end users, sales and marketing management, global salesoperations, tech central and vendors when needed. Preferred Qualifications SFDC Certifed Administrator ADM 201 Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,and Visio Being able to read Apex & visualforce code Ability to communicate effectively using German and English language for sales, marketing, management and Tech Central. Ability to present to groups of users including senior management 5 7 years experience working with Saleforce or other CRM system
