Senior Service Engineer Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Engineering 1810275 Requisition # Job Purpose & Scope Under general direction of Sales of Branch Management,responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls Products & Services to primarydecision makers focusing within end users and service providers (e.g.contractors, consultants) , whilst building and maintaining long-term customerrelationships and using company defined sales processes & tools. Key Accountabilities Promotes the Johnson Controls Building Efficiency valueproposition to customers by understanding and linking the customersoperational and business objectives, needs and requirements to JohnsonControls solutions in order to provide a total value solution and competitiveadvantage. Builds and manages long-term customerrelationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction throughexecuting the sales process. Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities,with a specific focus on new business growth. Applies knowledge of competitors business strategies,products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them. Creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates,bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Verifies new proposals and bidswith manager prior to customer presentation. Negotiates value and impact to thecustomers business in order to close the sale. Negotiates terms & conditions that optimize AccountsReceivable (A/R) and ensures that Johnson Controls financial standards arefully adhered to. Keeps manager informed of changes in the marketplace andprogress on customer status. Calls for assistance from manager to keep thesales process moving. Utilizes applicable sales tools effectively to plan anddocument progress as well as to increase business growth. Leverages JohnsonControls sales process to close sales quickly. Develops network of contacts, solicits support from andcommunicates effectively with the broader Johnson Controls organization topromote customer satisfaction whilst respecting Johnson Controls strategies,processes and tools. Refers leads to other business segments Participates in professional organizations and appropriatetrade shows. In addition to theabove mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may beindividually defined. #External Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering . Minimum 5 Years Experience
