Develop and execute appropriate action plan with time scale, within given framework, to reach the annual goal. Continually learning new products and acquiring better selling skills. Manage the Key accounts and Distributors To penetrate into new areas and increase the customer basePRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES Meeting and exceeding set team Sales budget for your territory with regard to volume & margin. Drive growth in all the served markets with special focus in Water, Chemical, Pharma and Power industry To strengthen Distribution network in the region assigned by developing distribution channel loyalty to crane products by ensuring distribution management techniques are adopted To identify market potential and new projects for our products. Responsible for managing complete Sales cycle from Enquiry generation till payment Realisation. Being well informed about current industry trends and being able to talk intelligently about the Engineering Industry.ACCOUNTABILITY To assure a significant presence into the market through sales calls. To make a weekly report of the sales activity To develop and execute appropriate action plan with time scale, within given framework, to reach the annual goal. To monitor regularly Order Booking and Receivable and initiation of appropriate recovery Programmes, where sub standard performance occurs. To provide monthly reports on Key Targets / Actions & Competitor activities in your area Complexity maintaining proper records of all the sales calls and preparing various Monthly Reports. Give Presentation to Clients. On the spot resolution of critical customer complaint.INTERACTION Cement relationship with End users, Distributors, Key Accounts, OEM s & Contractors Develop strong relationship and communication with companys internal support functions (Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing & Quality) Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE B.E or B. Tech Mechanical /Chemical Engineering Management graduates will have added advantage Minimum 5-8 Years Experience in Sales and Service of Industrial equipment preferably Valves/pumps/bearings/ welding electrodes/piping system etc. Highly Proficient in MS Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook etcSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Preferably Industrial Valves background having exposure in Water and Pharma industry Person from water /Pharma/Power background will also be suitable Fluency in Marathi language will be added advantage Professional Presentation Skills Good Time Management skills Ability to remain calm and productive in high pressure environment.
