Skill: hr , salary , talent acquisition , incentives , recruitment executive , recruitment , volume hiring , communication skills , head hunting , time management , Non-IT , ir , bulk hiring , recruitment cycle , it recruitment; Exp: 5-8 years; Senior Recruitment Executive 3 – 5 Years Chennai Job Description * Handling End to End Recruitment cycle. * Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications. * Sourcing resumes through various channels (Job Portals, Social Media internal references, through database, headhunting.) * Coordinate on-site interviews and schedules * Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. * Conduct preliminary interviews, follow-up references and check credits. * Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries. * Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
