Sources, screens and interviews candidates from both internal and external sources ensuring that recruiting practices comply with local legislation Employs a direct sourcing approach to identify talent using multiple different methodologies and approaches Leverage data, analytics and market insights to influence hiring decisions Take a consultative approach, working closely with line managers and the business in understanding hiring needs and delivers qualified, quality candidates to meet expectations Partner with key stakeholders across the region, building strong relationships to enable the success of the business Participate in value add initiatives to help ensure we remain a global team in an ever-changing environment Qualifications Ideally, you will have previous in-house experience hiring talent within the engineering/technology space You must be a team player, with the appetite to support and help others in the team as needed Organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is an absolute must You must be a self-starter who is able to work independently with little daily supervision.
