Good Infrastructure knowledge across towers with Project Execution / Delivery / Financials / Scheduling & 5 years of infra Project Management experience. Good communication, presentation & leadership skills are essential to manage project teams & stakeholders. Ability to do deliver projects remotely working with global teams across geographies. Must have exposure to offshore delivery models. Typical profile Experience in IT- Infrastructure Projects. A good knowledge in Infrastructure domain is essential with work experience preferably in End User Compute (Desktops, Virtual Desktops, Enterprise Mobility, Mail and Messaging) and some experience in Data Center environments and Networks (LAN, WAN, VoIP). Knowledge in preparing / developing project schedules, estimation, establishing measures and milestones, definition, scoping, tracking etc is a must. Candidates must have track record in successful project delivery including project resourcing, schedule and financials. Exposure to Workplace end user Migrations and services deployments preferred in addition to transition and infrastructure deployment and management. Experience in managing projects through use of processes including Risk management, Quality management, Issue / problem management & Scope change management. Candidates with PM Certifications will be preferred PMP / Prince 2 Hands on experience in scheduling tools – MS Project. ITIL & Six Sigma certified candidates with above experience, exposure and PM certifications will be a good fit. Proficient in Project management processes as per PMI. Job responsibilities include requirements gathering & high-level scoping of project, requisition for resources with right skill sets for the project, estimation, planning and scheduling the project , submitting a clear statement of work along with project plan including cost & schedule estimates for approval from customer, monitoring and tracking project to schedule and budget , managing / updating project schedules and budgets, project reporting and updating the databases / repositories, managing stakeholders / clients and updating them on project progress.
