A Day in the Life We offer you a position where you will be Partner & support the Sub-Regional leadership & commercial teams. This role will be accountable for implementing the pricing foundation defined by the region with appropriate processes and KPIs, increasingly driving & simplifying the complex strategic pricing & contracting initiatives for the region. This role is responsible for creating the local pricing culture; supporting the standardization of tools, processes and metrics across the different markets within each sub-region, while ensuring sustainability and best in class service. Drive country account & price segmentation, including building country & customer specific price lists based on the regional target and floor prices, driving adaptive strategies based on the shifting go-to market strategy, reimbursement, market dynamics & competitive environment. Look for local opportunities to create, manage & bundle innovative contracting/offerings with businesses (business model evolution / BME). Become partner of the negotiation team for major tenders & opportunities, work with the team to make final pricing decisions. Local governance process owner, including business case preparation for a pricing committee approval. Local support specialist for Vendavo Deal Manager, the Medtronic pricing approval workflow tool. Use regionally & globally generated reporting and engage with BUs to drive optimal pricing behaviors. Gather & analyze competitive moves, suggest & implement local strategies. Must Haves Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and industry practices in Saudi Arabia with a proven track record of successful execution, business partnership and process improvement. Successful 3 years of relevant experience, previous healthcare experience a plus in either of the following functions pricing, strategy, finance, reimbursement, marketing or sales management Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Masters degree Nice to Haves SAP and Endavo experience preferred Your Answer Is this the position you were waiting for?
