About the Role Our People Analytics team is looking for an experienced senior analyst to join our Analytics Business Partner (ABP) team. You will partner with HR leadership across APAC to play an analytically consultative role for our business leaders throughout the region. You will use people data to inform our leaders and influence business decisions. You will form deep relationships with our Executive Leaders and will be seen as their trusted analytical thought partner. You are comfortable with ambiguity and love to solve business problems with creative solutions. As the first member of our People Analytics team in APAC, you will be both in an important role in executing our central strategy in-region, and also will be identifying unique opportunities for us to tackle as a team. What Youll Do Become a deep subject matter expert for our APAC business, which spans across Operations, Tech, and Corporate functions Identify business challenges and build analytical frameworks to help solve problems Correlate people data with with business performance to provide actionable recommendations Build and maintain dashboards to capture KPIs and other powerful business metrics Form strong relationships with Executive Team Leadership and effectively communicate insights and recommendations Partner with our People Strategy & Planning team to help drive strategic talent initiatives Be the eyes and ears for our broader People Analytics team and partner with Core Analytics to identify areas to streamline central processes and programs What Youll Need Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Business, Economics, or other business operations focus 5 years of management consulting, operations, finance or other analytical related experience. People Analytics experience in a high-growth or tech environment a plus Strong quantitative analysis expertise in one or more analytical tools. Fluency with spreadsheets is a minimum; SQL, Python, R a plus Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence effectively Data-driven and highly analytical – youre able to translate data and insights into a meaningful story to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at an executive level Self-starter attitude – you boldly pursue your work and love the responsibility of being personally empowered Curiosity – you’re innovative, creative, and constantly looking for opportunities to tweak and optimize Communication skills – you have the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner Partnership skills – you are supportive, you are able to listen to and influence others About the Team We are People Analytics, the team that brings Ubers people data to life.
