Skill: ifc , excel , audit , accounts , finance; Exp: 1-3 years; Senior Officer – ( SAL00005S ) Description Duties and Responsibilities Portfolio Management for Banks NRI Customers Engage with assigned portfolio of Bank customers for service and deepening relationship Customer interactions to be duly updated in Bank system for audit trail and reference to future interactions Deepening of customer portfolio level benchmarks Manage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts Enhancing customer wallet size Profiling Customer to increase wallet share Engaging to capture customer banking habits and inducing to make Yes Bank as primary relationship Ensuring customer scoping being done with need based products suggested as hooks for deepening relationship Ensuring that customer scope is done and products targeted accordingly Service to Sales approach established for deepening relationship with family members and associates which have been grouped together Acquisition of New To Bank Customers To acquire new to bank customers from leads generated through marketing channel and various campaigns Referrals generated from existing customers Penetration of products across family groups Customer Query and Complaint resolution Ensure query resolution of the customers by coordinating with service and operations team Resolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TATs Fulfilment of other objectives To actively participate and contribute in fulfilment of other time bound objectives that department or organisation may initiate from time to time. Competencies / Skill set required Verbal and written communication skill / listening skills. Customer service orientation Interpersonal Effectiveness Ability to work accurately, under high pressure within fixed and short timeframes Result and quality oriented Resilience / Persuasiveness Negotiation / Conviction skills High energy level and Self motivation Desired Candidate Profile Graduate Significant experience in a sales department with a good sensibility regarding customer acquisition and portfolio management Ability to negotiate, convince clients and increase clients accounts Feel at ease with numbers and MS Excel and generally very comfortable with IT Proven track record in sales Qualifications Qualification and Experience Required Qualifications Minimum Graduate or equivalent degree Excellent flair of English Language Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in sales & / or relationship role( Preferable) Freshers with excellent communication skill will be considered Primary Location India-Maharashtra-Mumbai
