Skill: customer marketing , customer segmentation , campaigns , marketing promotions , segmentation , marketing; Exp: 3-5 years; Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a multi-channel CRM strategy by bringing together marketing promotions plans into a customer communication strategy Plan for monthly and quarterly promotions with CRM strategies to drive revenue, retention and repeat orders Drive customer segmentation, targeting, and reporting across customer segments of the lifecycle to drive core business metrics including categories growth Communicate customer insights, campaign results and CRM roadmap to senior executives across marketing and category teams to ensure the CRM strategy is aligned to and supports business targets Set concrete KPIs to improve engagement and retention of CRM operations. Continuously test new targeting approaches to advance learning and results. Track KPIs and report effectiveness of campaigns on a regular cadence Rigorously track, monitor and report on past and current campaign performance to iterate on your campaigns to increase engagement and brand love This is one of the key roles in the marketing team at Grofers. It requires strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to work at all levels and disciplines to bring together marketing, product and brand plans together that ensures a seamless customer communication experience. The Head of CRM will play a critical role in running and optimizing cross-channel acquisition and engagement programs that span our marketing channels, with the objective of growing customer acquisition, retention. The head of CRM will be the sole owner of following marketing channels o In-app merchandise o Push notifications o In-app messaging o SMS o Email What we require Outstanding project management and written communication skills are essential At least 3-5 years of customer marketing experience in a productive, high-growth environment Previous experience in similar Head of CRM role, Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering a CRM strategy at scale, with expert knowledge of current CRM methodologies, Evidence of working in a complex B2C environment with multiple, divergent stakeholder interests Knowledge of CRM systems and data, managing customer life cycle, segmentation data models are necessary Experience with multiple marketing channels (paid, social, in-app marketing, etc.) and eye for creative excellence preferred Ability to balance an intense attention to detail with swift execution. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment A self-starting attitudeready to seize opportunities to make an impact without needing to be told Bachelors degree with high academics or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
