Skill: database , security , operating system , mobile , vb , bmc remedy , infrastructure; Exp: 10-13 years; Senior Manager – ( PRO00004U ) Description Responsibilities Mange remote desktop team on-premises across different geographic locations within India Provide direction to the remote desktop team to ensure first line resolution is rendered for calls hitting the teams resolver queue Manage SLA / KRA / KPIs of the Technology Service Desk and ensure maximum tickets are resolved within the Service Desk and remote desktop teams Document and publish opportunities within knowledge management database which will increase efficiencies by resolving tickets within service desk teams Publishing daily/weekly/monthly dashboards of technology tickets pending/breached/bounced/etc, by respective resolver queue Manage incident / service ticket update quality Track compliance of end user serviceable infrastructure covering desktop/laptop hardware, operating system, security patches, antivirus, DLP and encryption. Track compliance on core software installed on end user hardware like MS office, PDF, compression, VPN, Citrix client, etc. Collaborate with other IT staff members to ensure efficient operation of the company’s desktop computing environment Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding IT processes and procedure documents Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems, both hardware and software, for end-users and recommend and implement corrective solutions Qualifications Qualification Engineering / computer science degree or equivalent plus 10 years work experience in BFSI domain Demonstrated or previous experience installing, configuring and supporting desktop operating systems via SCCM, PCs, mobile / tablet devices, printers and other hardware Basic first line troubleshooting of banking applications viz i-Flex, CTS, Express Clear , Cash-IN, AADHAR, Swift, etc General understanding of server virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle high profile VIP white glove support Advance Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills Working experience with service management tools like BMC Remedy, HP ESM, etc. Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL certifications desirable but not a mandate Power-shell / VB scripting knowledge SCCM client and server working knowledge Primary Location India-Maharashtra-Mumbai
