Qualcomm at Hyderabad is looking for a highly strategic Sr. Manager HR to provide HR leadership and support to the multiple technology verticals.
The incumbent is expected to participate and effectively contribute in the planning process, by interpreting business strategies, establishing strategic plans and objectives for the HR function.
The responsibilities will include a wide gamut of HR services including advice/direction to the management team on HR policy, performance management, organizational development, team building and employee relations matters; this will involve making or recommending appropriate decisions consistent with the strategic direction of the group.
The incumbent will work with the leadership and management in the Technology vertical to design and deliver appropriate HR interventions to build a strong, cohesive team or any other desired business results; hence have a strong interest and ability in developing business acumen.
Additionally the incumbent will manage daily HR operations for the Technology verticals ,which will have over 1,000 full time and contingent workforce staff combined, and resolve day-to-day issues using well-defined or at times generally defined processes.
10+ years of experience in various HR functions
Superior communication abilities which includes both verbal as well as written
Ability to build partnerships with specialist functions so as to leverage their capability in the delivery of HR services and products.
Ability to lead cooperative efforts among members of a cross-functional project teams at a site level and regional level on matters that may or may not relate to HR directly but those that impact the smooth functioning of the business
MNC background experience is a plus
Semiconductor experience is a plus
Master’s degree in Human Resources
