Key Highlights The Incumbent would be responsible to support the IT risk and compliance process They will be involved in standardizing/ improving process, evaluate their impacts, and implement the relevant measure Liaise with Internal Audit and various IT verticals leads, to remediate new and outstanding issues; track security-related issues in the electronic GRC system This is a global role engaging stakeholders (at all levels) across geographies like India, Philippines and US Incumbent should be a good effective communicator Responsibilities Identifying and assessing risks in the organizations IT Infrastructure Identifying and assessing risks in the organizations Security Operations tools and processes. Establish prioritization criteria for migration plans based on identified threats Conduct assessment/review of IT processes and recommend action for improving IT governance maturity using reference frameworks like COBIT, ITIL and ISO 20000 Work closely with the Enterprise Risk Management team and ensure risks are reduced or maintained at minimum levels Assist in development and monitor of IT risk policies, standards, and procedures Qualifications Minimum to have Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent Knowledge of different threat landscapes and the ability to carry out risk analysis and evaluation 0 – 4 yrs. of experience in IT Risk Management Required Skills Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) this includes effective presentation and training skills to engage with all levels of an organization The ability to forge strong work relationships and work well as part of a team with all levels of staff Out of the box thinker who is not afraid to show initiative in achieving the best interests of the company and its customers Possesses strong skillsets in organization, planning, critical thinking, decision-making, conflict resolution, leadership and problem solving Ocwen Financial Corporation, our affiliates and subsidiaries (Ocwen) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
