Location Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and support high-focus partners for SAP Customer Experience line-of-business across India (SAP CX, formerly known as Hybris). This includes Sell, Service, Alliance and Marketing Agency partners. Manage go-to-market for Sell and Alliance partners, working with other parts of SAP partner organization. Drive incremental opportunities/revenues for SAP CX through partners. This will be through promoting co-sell opportunities with our SAP CX sales specialists, but also by driving indirect sales through our Sell partners. Build Business Plans with our strategic partners Conduct Account Mapping exercises with partners to identify targets Facilitate building vertical sales plays w/ partners and executing with SAP CX Account Executives in the field Increase demand generation events and activities with partners in region (i.e., webinars, social, events, etc.,.) Identify, engage and recruit new Partners (eg Digital Agencies) Work with partner and channel teams across the full SAP CX customer engagement and commerce suite of solutions, with primary focus on SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Service Cloud Ensure partner ecosystem is aligned to regional SAP CX Go-To-Market plan Responsible and help deliver sales enablement to SAP CX Partners Regular and accurate forecast of channel sales targets Drive pipeline to 6x for cloud and 4x of on-premise solutions Collaborate with the SAP marketing teams to develop and launch regional marketing initiatives Collaborate with SAP CX channel enablement and services teams to develop and manage training/enablement activity. Recruit new strategic partners as required to support regional strategies. Regular travel within India is required, with occasional global trips Experience & Language Requirements 15 years working experience in the software industry 10 years in a partner facing role (ex. Channel Sales, Channel Manager, Customer Service, Sales, Consulting); experience working at a SAP partner is a plus Domain knowledge of commerce, CRM, marketing automation and/or content management. Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills Relevant experience in cloud topics Business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, and enablement with partners Strong analytical competencies Awareness of software development methodologies, including agile Effective communication and presentation skills an executive level High energy – brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate with independent accountability Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Local market knowledge and understanding (software industry, trends, vertical market industries, etc.) Business level English WHAT YOU GET FROM US Success is what you make it.
