Scope of role Management of Sales Team in India Foster a culture of performance Accurate forecasting of prospect pipeline for the country/region Growth and development of the market across key verticals/regions Selling at highest levels to large accounts and organizations, engaging both the business and IT community Driving lead generation within the territory Contributions as required on all topics, which affect TIBCO revenue and TIBCO shareholder value We are looking to hire a hands-on leader. We’re not looking for someone to direct, we’re looking for someone to lead from the front Key Tasks Drive the current business Clients are in all vertical markets Drive up customer satisfaction Run sales as a business This involves balancing priorities and making judgments between different opportunities and client situations. It is important that the win ratio is improved and that quarterly success is driven higher Build and develop relationships with the system integrators and consultancy firms, as they represent a large proportion of the opportunities in the pipeline Build the team by acting as a strong leader and motivator and actively managing the performance of the reps Ensure that Sales Team work with Legal and the Sales Controlling to structure deals in accordance with TIBCO policy and manage the virtual team engaged in their sales campaigns Mentor the Sales Team and monitor deal information entered into Salesforce.com Supporting the planning and execution of targeted business development activity Provide executive assistance where necessary to help in the closure of deals. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Essential A successful leader from the enterprise software space, probably infrastructure software Successful direct sales background Were looking for someone with a proven track record of OVER-achievement A hands-on attitude in terms of pipeline, progress in the current and future quarters and deal closing Proven track record in growing enterprise software business including management of sales executives a minimum of several years success in a similar role in India Experience working with consulting firms and system integrators Excellent presentation skills Proven ability to manage relationships at CXO level Preferable Mobility suitable for territory and TIBCO office location Knowledge of Integration and Analytics solutions market Demonstrable ability to work effectively in team and virtual team environments
