A challenging and highly visible role as Analyst/Senior Analyst in Robotics & Automation Competence Center The opportunity to design and implement automation solutions (VBA, scripting, robotics) for the HR Operations (India, Poland and globally) The opportunity to support re-engineering and digitalization of HR processes The chance to participate in bank wide initiatives fostering new technologies An excellent platform to develop a strong network within the bank and for further career development Flexible working conditions and an attractive working environment that encourages innovation and ownership You Offer Expert skills in Excel, VBA and scripting Experience in Robotics Process Automation (Blue Prism developer certification will be an asset) IT background and willingness to learn new systems / solutions (e.g. Oracle Policy Automation) Project delivery experience using both waterfall and agile method Fluency in English
