The job includes characterization activities, generating scripts with SW tools and supporting test program transition to production. In this role, the candidate will need to develop and write electrical validation requirements, investigate and resolve complex issues with hardware/software/testing method/concept implementations. Provide high-quality test reports/bug reports/other documentation.
