S/he will contribute to BCG’s client work/knowledge base by conducting research across Energy related sectors, markets and topic areas. The ideal candidate should be able to successfully deliver on variety of requests through the day. The environment is fast paced and may need the researcher to connect with the customers from the case/knowledge teams to refine/understand the scope, devise an appropriate approach; package and deliver to the satisfaction of the customer. Ensure the right and accurate information by evaluating/validating the source quality, besides identifying possible considerations for the source. Synthesizes and packages research results; organizes facts/summarizes data into appropriate and timely output (e.g., email, word, excel, PPT) Supports standardized research products Collaborates with internal teams, approaches all interactions/deliverables with the highest levels of quality and customer service. Collaborate and work closely with the researchers from other teams including that of the external knowledge partners Job Responsibilities Continued Basic Job Requirements University degree (MBA/ M.Tech preferred) with demonstrated high academic record 3-4 years of general research experience (Energy Oil and Gas Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Power and Utilities, Renewable Energy Technologies).
