Couples business acumen and insight with labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies to meet not only the current business need, but support the long term talent requirements of Intel. Leverage talent expertise, understanding of talent acquisition plans , business model, operations, competitive position and business group products to identify the top business priorities and make recommendations and influence the hiring team, manager or internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition plan. Creates a WOW user experience for candidates through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring lifecycle. Additionally will be responsible to develop offers(external and internal) on the ATS, and ensure the requisition through put time is monitored constantly. Qualifications Candidate with 2 plus years of Industry experience & demonstrated Industry knowledge of the external business environment, market trends, competitors, labor market and general talent availability with examples of translating this to fact based recommendations to hiring teams, managers or internal stakeholders. Ability to learn and grasp quickly changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that effect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent. Ability to demonstrate agility and effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios, work in a self-directed environment, grasp new concepts and come up to speed quickly in response to new assignments. Able to come up with “out of the box” solutions despite ambiguity and be able to highlight and cover gaps as driven by business needs. Provide a smooth and professional start-to-end candidate experience.Influence managers and other business group stakeholders to align internal efforts to the best recruiting approaches to hire the top candidates for their needs. Generate new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting talent deliverable. Influence peers and management to effectively communicate and contribute to staffing strategies, initiatives and sourcing plans. Maintain the ATS system Work closely with Hiring Managers on quality of candidates for their business group.
