Business Unit Introduction Our Globally integrated IBM Cognitive Process Services team provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client delivery service requirements across industries and geographies. With various streams under F&A (Finance and Administration) we excel in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations for our Clients. Who you are The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for complete recruitment life cycle primarily through sourcing and research. You will work with the external client on their requirements, liaising with the Hiring Managers, and the HRBPs to refine, grow, and follow strategies that fulfil a requirement with a you. You will advise on how to improve and build existing strategies, and provide feedback using analytics. Be responsible for the end to end recruitment right from HM engagement and Sourcing to Offering a candidate and Onboarding. You will also craft new and positive strategies using knowledge of similar fields and strategies in other marketplaces. What youll do You will be responsible to develop candidate interest for available positions and client companies Will perform end-to-end recruitment activity right from req creation till req closure of the assigned positions Identifies target companies, user groups, professional groups which could inform search parameters Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for top candidates Handles projects including; email marketing, competitor social chart mapping, mapping professional and alumni associations, social media, cold calling, and social activities Assessing need, organizing, and running information career webinars and campaigns Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find prospective candidates Sources, screens, and submits candidates to the Hiring Manager as assigned Identifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to tapping the right set of candidates You shall work towards building positive relationship with partners Responsible in maintain data accuracy & timeliness to the client on need basis Works on the complete offer process from getting the expectations of candidate to preparing the offer to getting approvals and releasing the same to the selected individual. Ability to build deep domain expertise, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation. Confirmed written and oral interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, emails and in formal discussions Preferred Tech and Prof Experience At least 7 years experience in direct sourcing and recruitment experience in a corporate or consultancy (RPO set up is a preferred) Equipped with consultative instinct, passionate about recruiting and not view the role as transactional Proficiency and experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will be an advantage EO Statement IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
