Deliver as per the Services Contract parameters within agreed SLAs and cost. 2. Take responsibility for any changes introduced to the organization, processes and methods that may have an effect on the supplied service quality 3. Act on relevant problems and decide on what procedures and routines should be invoked to ensure that quality problems are corrected according to prevailing requirements. 4. Ensure that project impacting activities, timelines, resources, and processes are assessed and that all risks are adequately addressed. Manage the project teams to deliver multiple projects in parallel, on time, to scope and budget. Update regularly on risk areas, progress and project reporting metrics; This role requires the development and maintenance of the following documents for each project Project Management Plans & project phase plans; Tactical contingency plans in anticipation of potential problems; Weekly resource forecast requirement plans; Weekly project metrics (e.g. actual effort to date, budgeted cost to complete etc); Detailed project schedules indicating resources required, tasks, effort and durations; Weekly project issue, risk and change registers; Any other collateral that may be required and/or agreed to by the customer; Any other collateral and/or reporting that may be required by ALU for internal reporting purposes. Monitor progress against a baseline plan and allocate tasks and priorities as needed; Initiate and implement corrective actions . Manage project critical path at all times; Prepare all baseline Project management plan and seek approval by all relevant parties; Ensure any variation to the project scope is clearly recognized and approved and implement strict change control procedures and logs; Team meetings to review project progress and to ensure that new tasks are properly resourced and all quality standards and activities are appropriately covered. Strong understanding of project management tool, methodologies Advanced planning, co-ordination and people management skills. customer facing and stakeholder management skills. Negotiating skills to influence internal and external stakeholders i.e ability to negotiate with customers, build rapport and positively develop effective customer business relationships. Financial Control 1. Deliver project within allocated Budget. 2. Manage the project budget and ensure that accurate and appropriate budget forecasting is provided to all stake holders 3. Administrative aspects including proposal preparation 4. Build a culture of cost and expense governance for effective reporting. 5. Contract and financial project management skill sets. Customer Relations/Management 1. Responsible for delivery to End Customer including Services provided by third party suppliers and by Regional or Global Delivery Centers. 2. Be the main interface for effective delivery between the Demand and Delivery organizations to ensure an excellent customer experience. 3. Ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations by the organization 4. Relationship Management with the customer at all levels. Leadership 1. Provide programmatic leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation processes 2. Ensure that project impacting activities, timelines, resources, and processes are assessed and that all risks are adequately addressed. 3. Promote a culture that reflects the organizations values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity. Qualifications & Experience 1.Desired Profile B.Tech. B.E./B.Tech. with minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience & PMP Certified Effective communication/interpersonal skills and personal to manage a team Exposure in managing telecom projects Exposure in Commercial Management (in relation to Contract & Financial Project Management). Minimum 2-3 Year Experience in execution in FTTX and Copper deployment projects
