Skill: product specialist , sales , oem , field marketing , presentation skills , market , marketing , inside sales , build , collaboration , lead generation , selling; Exp: 5-7 years; Role Summary They are expected to be able to differentiate GEs product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, qualify identified opportunities, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers clinical/technical questions. As a product specialist of the surgery team, expected to achieve the operating plan for orders by working with GEHC commercial team, Genworks team and Dealer team in GE territories. Essential Responsibilities Deliver on operation plan Orders, Revenue, CM Lead and influence teams across direct, indirect & Genworks Drive weekly sensing call for c-arms across all channels Grow visibility across the market (currently below 20 PERCENT ) Update WGE leadership and support preparation for WGE board meetings Product management and coordination across all functions (Application, Service, OTR, Finance etc..) Continue to simplify selling process for FOS improve win rate Bring insights from Product, Application and commercial teams for continuous improvement Coordination with OEM for regular execution activities / Monthly reviews / partnership collaboration activities Drive marketing and branding activities for the product with support from the field marketing team. Support Field Marketing and inside sales team for various lead generation activities Support sales teams and channels by meeting customers and winning orders Connect with customers to drive sales and set a winning story which can be communicated to commercial team / FOS Support all post sales activities in collating documents per the Legal SSA agreement and customer feedback Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree and minimum 5-7 years experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry preferable in selling capital medical equipments to surgeons with confidence and expertise in interacting with surgeons, technicians and also CEOs of hospitals. Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach Ability develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization Strong team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesize and explain complex issues Able to travel Valid motor vehicle license About Us GE (NYSEGE) drives the world forward by tackling its biggest challenges.
