Sales Transformation is a team composed of professionals drawn from diverse fields of Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Design, Development, Operations and Strategy – working together to drive programs that helps our entire Sales business transform, advance and win. Programs can vary from launching collaboration platforms to employer branding to running campaigns that drive change in behavior or building a leadership voice and brand on social media. Every day is an exciting new day with this team! Communications is a key driver to our success in transformation. We are looking for an exceptional communications professional who will bring in story-telling, marketing, communications, employee engagement and brand-building skills and strategies to further our transformation goals. She/he will work with leaders from across the Cloud Applications business in Asia-Pacific & Japan (JAPAC) to develop and drive programs and campaigns that enable our sales teams to win with confidence. The role is a senior Individual Contributor role. A creative team composed of designers, developers and video-producers will provide support as needed on the programs he/she drives. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and drive story-telling and internal marketing programs to execute on strategic corporate and regional priorities; amplify success and build confidence in the front-line sales force Develop overall messaging for the SaaS business including narratives, themes and message houses that power all story-telling, internal marketing and communication campaigns Build leadership brand and voice internally and on social media Create internal marketing campaigns to increase engagement with employees for key business initiatives and products Support global SaaS transformation programs with region-wide marketing and communications to employees Develop innovative initiatives and campaigns to create the right culture and change behavior Identify new opportunities of creating engagement and influence Develop and implement annual plans and calendars for all engagement initiatives and projects Manage relationships with senior sales leaders and key stakeholders Collaborate with diverse teams to pull together communications and story-telling programs Requirements & Skills 12-15 years experience in Communications (External, Internal and Transformation) including – Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Employer branding, Content Development, Employee Engagement and Change Communications Extensive hands-on experience in writing, story-telling and brand-building Experience in managing integrated programs on communication, PR and/or employee engagement Ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations, develop relations and network strongly Strong understanding of the technology industry specifically SaaS and Cloud Experience in working in the JAPAC region dealing with international teams and stakeholders across diverse markets and cultures Ability to cut through complexity and jargon, to bring stories to life in a simple, effective way Experience in working across diverse media particularly with video and visual based stories Strong understanding of social media trends, tactics and approaches Good understanding of new media and trends of media use – including video, apps, blogs, mobile Ability and willingness to balance the strategic and the execution Experience in agency and corporate a plus Detailed Description and Job Requirements Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market. As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables. Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Demonstrated product/project management experience.
