The Product Manager will define and develop the reporting platform that our client’s clients use to understand and optimize their use of their proprietary platform for their advertising efforts.
The Product Manager will also support their sales and client support efforts as they relate to the reporting platform while simultaneously working internally to develop and release new reporting capabilities that encourage use of the platform.
Specifying reporting platform requirements for current and future advertising products by conducting market research and interviewing publishers
Manage the reporting platform life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and the resulting internal communication as this evolves
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
Produce quality documentation for all internal teams and customers, ensuring that the product is firmly understood.
Train and support client-facing staff on partner and product-related issues
Qualifications & competencies:
Computer Science or Engineering degree or related work experience
A minimum of 3 – 5 years of work experience in software marketing/product management;
Excellent English and French (verbal and written)
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, subject matter experts on both technical or commercial topics;
Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to recognize and explain the commercial implications of technical issues or similarly, the technical implications of commercial issues.
Willingness & availability to travel
Knowledge and experience in online audio would be considered as a strong asset;
Any other spoken and written languages (e.g., Spanish) would be considered as an asset.
