Skill: data mining , security , team player , written communication , leadership skills; Exp: 7-10 years; Job Purpose Responsible for the preparation of all the working plans and logistics of resources assignment for the different activities performed by the teams in Collection Area and become instrumental in the forward growth, efficiency and productivity of the company. Job Responsibilities -The planning leader will oversees that all the working plans are executed on time and following the compliance rules. – Coordinates with other IO COE leaders and departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow – Provides leadership to the P&S team and strive to keep the lower cost with maximum efficiency – Responsible for prioritization of tasks to meet the field requirements needs. – Responsible for benchmarking the working plans between different countries, understand non-compliance and propose solutions – Evaluates the feedback provided by Collection areas & responsible for continuous improvement of planning and scheduling process – Schedules resources and shifts to guarantee coverage of all countries in the critical days for the activities – Proposes tool enhancements and new tools that contribute to improve the logistics and difficulties of the planning process – Absolutely ensures the security levels and data protection managed by this team (Nielsen Samples) – Owns SOP (Standard operational procedures) for this process and align with global standards – Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance Scope Budget Responsibility Yes (W&S,T&E, employees benefits) Key interface relationships (internal and external) Associates within the IO COE Structure and Collection team, Data Collection team Number of employees managed TBD (number may vary by region 2-10) Number of employees indirectly managed None Number of third party employees (contractors/outsourced) managed None The role is global/regional/local market group / region Breadth of functions under management No Role Requirements – Bachelor degree. Preference with Logistic orientation – 7 years of experience leading projects and/or people – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Well developed motivational and leadership skills – Team player – Excellent English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region) – High sense of information security and confidentiality. – Knowledge of planning tools and concepts – Demostrated understanding of working in hubs and attending different markets at the same time – Strong networking skills – ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams – Financial Acumen & OP planning experience – Negotiation and influencing skills – Data analysis/Data mining experience (experience with tools and higher level analytics, ability to interrogate raw data, to draw conclusions and make recommendations) – Process (performance) management & BPI skills – CDAR modules knowledge – Knowledge of Nielsen products, and other functions About Nielsen Nielsen N.V.
