Your key responsibilities will include Proactively manage and monitor the calendars of the Directors Administer travel arrangements for team including; flights, visas, accommodation, meetings & transfers Typing of correspondence/documents and prepare presentations in a professional manner Organise meetings internally and reserve rooms Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner to guarantee customer satisfaction Coordination of Conferences, Team Meetings and assist with other activities such as the Annual Sales & Marketing Conference. Assist with the coordination of the ANZ Commercial training calendar, collating attendees, catering, materials for ANZ Commercial Training Manager & Team Prepare CPAs for capital equipment, ie laptop computers, mobile phones etc as requested Organise a smooth commencement for new departmental staff by arranging a computer, phone, office, Induction meetings with other departments. Prepare, monitor & track progress of Grants & Donation forms Minute taking for Leadership Team Meetings and other management meetings as requested Maintain and update relevant intranet sites as well as the message screens (when required). Assist with PowerPoint presentations when required Ensure the regular update of departmental organisation charts Develop further computer skills with regard to new and updated packages as required Qualifications Do you have what takes to build a career here?
