Job Requirements : 1: Responsibilities
a: Supporting enhancements to Benefits offerings and execution of open enrollment cycles
b: Help with Life events management and support event maintenance both automated and on-demand
c: Supporting issues with Benefits program, plan, options and Cost
d: Debugging issues with Benefits eligibility, events, enrollment, coverage amount calculation and Benefits Deduction
e: Requirements gathering and testing newly developed/modified interfaces to vendors for sending demographic and coverage details

2: Professional Experience:
a: Must have Peoplesoft HCM experience with specialization in Benefits Administration
b: Must have experience in setting up and executing snapshot, event maintenance and Life events management
c: Must have run one or two open enrollment cycles
d: Must have experience in setting up Benefits programs, plan types, Benefits plan, options, cost
e: Must have experience in configuring Eligibility Rules, Event Rules
