Roles and responsibilities

+ Lead the team ofoperations managerswith sales teams (Virtual Teams) for effective collaboration and deliver critical deals to meet revenue commitments, minimize SLA penalty risks and timely reviews and signoffs by end customers as necessary.

+ Lead the team ofPartner Account Operations Managersaligned with partners for effective collaboration and deliver critical deals to meet revenue commitments. Drive partners for timely submission of information back to HPE and facilitate a structured engagement throughPartner Account Operations Managersfor operational performance and financial reconciliation with periodical checkpoints and reviews.

+ You willmanage assigned list of partner accounts and be first point of contact for escalations from team.

+ Play an active role in helping form and execute the strategic plans for the team and deliver to sales effectiveness improvement goals.

+ Ensure operational performance levels are maintained and COEs deliver to SLAs to the country teams.

+ Deliver continuous improvements and cost efficiency in country and COE towers.

+ Establish and operate a structuredAccount Operations Manager andPartner Account Operations Manager operating model with predictability and business results.

+ Build and operate an engagement model for project deliveries, operational escalations aligned with MOC teams &Global Operations Partner Account Operations Managerwith Strategic Partner operations teams, Global Operations PMOs and cascade to the sales teams for alignment and smoother execution.

Key Performance Indicator

+ Sales Survey.

+ Number of initiatives and business results or quantified operational benefits realized.

+ Number of escalations proactively managed and customer/partner/sales issues addressed.

+ Number of standardization/simplifications delivered.

+ Recognition from sales, partners and customers.

+ Delivering to Quarter over Quarter efficiencies in transaction management and invested in new initiatives.

Education and Experience Required:

+ Full time Bachelor or Master degree

+ Typically 6 to 10 years of related experience with experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.
