Who are you You as a Onboarding Specialist will be an integral part of the HR Administration team and work cross-functionally with other areas of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition Partners and other functional areas. The goal is to provide candidates impactful experience from the start, delivering an engaging onboarding experience. You will enhances the onboarding experience and creates a feeling of personalized support as they guide candidates through the onboarding process in an efficient and timely manner. What you’ll do This position will support the HR team in creating the best onboarding experience for every new joiners at IBM. Responsible for the full on-boarding function of all candidates including distribution and coordination to the candidate of all required onboarding documents. Ensure the Candidate understands upcoming events and what to expect. Monitor and review all returned documents for accuracy. Monitor and review background screening process and results to make sure they adhere to the standards of the company. Responsible for appropriate follow-up of each required element in the onboarding process within time frames established. Follow-up with appropriate departments and candidates of stages of process and actions needed. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Experience in HR or Credentialing administration in high volume environment preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
