Own and drive the spends on EMI cards (One of the largest and fastest growing card franchises in the country) for Consumer Durable Finance, Lifestyle Finance & Digital Product Finance businesses 2. Build the EMI card into a preferred card for usage for all products covered by above three businesses 3. Own the brief to drive segmentation principles, understand segment behavior basis past purchases and manage targeting campaigns in close co-ordination with analytics team 4. Design and drive lifecycle based stimulation framework across all customer touch points Bajaj Wallet, BFL Website, Social Media, BFL Customer Service Portal (Experia), SoA etc – to continuously improve lead metrics of Awareness & Adoption of EMI Card 5. Responsible for the Activation and Usage metrics of focus segments of EMI Card viz. early & vintage in-active, renewals and PPC (products per customer) 6. Responsible for continuous engagement with Marketing, Analytics and Product teams to drive campaign efficiency metrics. Own the ongoing interventions pipe to build efficiency driving capabilities viz- Offer Mart Adoption & use of NLP Chatbot through Automated Campaign Mgmt System. 7. Work closely with Business and Product teams to liaise with key retailers and OEMs to drive key metrics for EMI Card viz. Spends, PPC and Activation. Work closely with Marketing to plan joint campaigns by leveraging the partner offer. 8. Develop robust communication process with customers to create sales as well as customer engagement Required Qualifications and Experience * 1. Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree with 8-10 years of work experience 2. Prior ARU experience in Financial Services / Credit card Industry would be an added advantage 3. Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills 4. Should have excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills 5. Exceptionally high motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
