Provide strategic inputs and thought leadership on Digital to maximize business performance. Will be responsible for deliverables across all plans, ideas and activities on digital. Key Client contact for overall digital business and strategy development issues. What you will need 5 to 6 years of work experience in Digital marketing Sound media planning/buying and account planning skills Experience managing significant digital teams and large budgets for major brands Highly skilled at developing and driving media and account strategy from inception to execution Strong understanding and experience with analytics tools knowledge of the social media ecosystem with focus on content & search, including mobile devices, experiences, applications and omni-channel marketing Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work diligently with colleagues, internal units and vendors to meet business goals Strong interest/desire to learn and growth in the digital space Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Great attention to detail, enthusiasm, organization, multi-tasking and a team player Passion, integrity, and energy Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills Project management skills a plus About Motivator Motivator is a media agency that works with Global and Indian corporates besides new tech enabled start-ups.
