Skill: production , manufacturing , turbine , documentation , ideas , planning; Exp: 4-6 years; Role Summary Support the ERP Upgrade Program (One LM) in accelerating the plant roll-outs by driving and ensuring that migration of item master data is done timely and in accordance with defined business rules and guidelines. Ensuring that the quality of the data to be migrated satisfies the defined requirements and rules is crucial to ensure smooth and efficient operation at the plants after go-live. Essential Responsibilities – Act as project manager with responsibility of ensuring successful migration of all master data in scope at the specific plants. – Close coordination with One LM program management and local project managers at the plants. – Create detailed plans, drive, execute and follow-up on Material master data cleansing, enriching and eliminating duplicate item activities during migration of selected plant data into ERP (AX2012). – Engage with and ensure close cooperation with relevant local functions and data experts to ensure that extracted data is validated, cleansed, enriched and transformed into agreed load file formats. – Ensure that the quality of the migrated data satisfies the defined standards and business rules before load into ERP (AX2012). – Continuously seek for improvements and higher efficiency in regard to data migration processes, planning, communication and tools applied. – When all plants have successfully been migrated to the OneLM template, the position evolves into a master data expert role with strong focus on continuous improvement, master data documentation and data quality to ensure a solid and trustful data foundation supporting the entire LM organization and its daily business operation. Qualifications/Requirements – Bachelor or Master Degree – 4-6 years of experience working with Material Master Data. Material data cleansing, enrichment and classification related activities, preferably in a production/manufacturing environment and in two or more companies would be an advantage. – Hands-on experience with data migration and the concepts & tools behind. – Proven experience in Project Management. – Experience working in a multicultural organization. Desired Characteristics – Good communication skills – Highly structured and detail-oriented mindset – Good data analytical and reporting skills – Experience in preparing master data quality dashboards – Strong IT skills in general – Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel.
