Act fast, this opportunity wont last long. In this role, youll be a part of a Data-Driven, B2B, Global Marketing Team. This cross-functional role is crucial in managing campaign automation, CRM integration, strategy planning, budget, and lead flow. It will require deep knowledge in sales and marketing technologies, obsessiveness in data consistency and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, able to turn data into valuable insights, enjoys problem solving, making data-driven decisions and recommendations. What Youll Do Own the marketing technology stack Marketo, Salesforce and other integrated systems such as (Zoom, Google Analytics, JiffleNow, etc.) Support global marketing efforts with email and landing page development Operationalize and automate campaigns to increase funnel velocity; create segmentation and ABM strategies Be the marketing Analyst by identifying key metrics within the marketing funnel, and deliver actionable insights on performance Partner with sales operations to ensure a seamless lead handoff through process alignment and lead scoring Work with global marketing to maintain clear and accurate records of all marketing expenditures, including latest estimates and forecasts Build detailed, comprehensive reports and dashboards for the marketing team and executives to help understand channel performance, forecast and revenue outcomes Manage third-party relations by ensuring GDPR compliance and legal agreements are upheld Relevant backgrounds include Marketing Operations, Project Management, Strategy Consulting Minimum of 7 years relevant job experience Experienced with HTML and Microsoft Office (high-proficiency in Excel is a MUST) High-level of collaboration, organization, time management, problem solving, and communication skills required Proven experience in developing and implementing effective business processes and managing cross functional and global projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to wear multiple hats, juggle projects simultaneously, and prioritize as business needs shift Experience in CRM integrations and marketing automation solutions (preferably Salesforce and Marketo), and extended experience working in a digital marketing environment Budget management/financial analysis Must be a results-driven individual with exceptional analytical skills in data analysis to calculate ROI.
