Skill: engagement , retention , it; Exp: 2-5 years; Key Responsibilities Helping the customer analytics & growth team at Grofers to build various customer acquisition and retention strategies Working as a part of customer engagement & growth team to help take decisions basis LTV, gross margin delivered, repeat rates and predicted lifetime transactions across various organic and paid channels (Facebook, Google, Affiliates etc.) Analyze uninstall trends and improve customer retention rates by building cohorts Help the marketing team in scaling up the acquisition and re-targeting campaigns with optimizing spends across different channels and platforms Propensity models to target different segments of customers affiliated to loyalty programs Segment customers based on their order frequency and average ticket size Built separate propensity models using logistic regression for them based on their behavior Uplift models to target right customers for e-mail, notification and SMS camp This is one of the key roles in the marketing team at Grofers. It requires strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to work at all levels and disciplines to bring together marketing, product and brand plans together that ensures a seamless customer communication experience. The head of CRM will play a critical role in running and optimizing cross-channel acquisition and engagement programs that span our marketing channels, with the objective of growing customer acquisition, retention. The head of CRM will be the sole owner of following marketing channels o In-app merchandise o Push notifications o In-app messaging o SMS o Email What we require Self-starter with a passion for analytics and statistical problem solving Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field from a tier one Indian institute or an equivalent foreign institute 2-5 years of relevant work experience Proficient in SQL and scripting language Experience in an analytical role (used R or SAS) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple parallel tasks
