Skill: engagement , training , learning , hr , content development , trainer , training delivery , training need analysis; Exp: 10-12 years; Manager – Training Training Karnataka, India Description Work towards developing and maintaining curriculum for training across the following initiatives For University engagement For Partners For Customers Training Need Analysis identify gaps in the existing program and build courses. The decision needs to be made to include the following aspects Define mode of training delivery Define the type of content to be used for training Work with training team and launch new trainings Work on the feedback from learners and trainers from training sessions and improve the training curriculum Trainer & learner guide – create and update the documents needed for all trainings Trainer enablement and upskilling of certified trainers Desired Skills and Experience Candidate should have 10-12 years relevant experience in this space Experience in having handled Learning and Development Experience in e-learning content development MBA with HR background is preferred Having worked on Training Need Analysis and built solutions around that Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Prior work experience in product / Technology companies
