Job Purpose To support the HR Service Delivery function, GBS by providing benchmarked process and optimizing operations delivery to achieve business/function performance. To support Head Service Delivery, GBS to deliver his objectives from Service Delivery perspective. To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls. Partner with PRB on policy and benefits implementation Key Responsibilities Expert Knowledge and Skill in managing HR Operations Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, critical decision making, periodic monitoring activities and timely resolution of risk/critical issues Support the successful & seamless roll out / implementation of HR project initiatives in line with objectives of Head of HR, GBS India and Head of Service Delivery, GBS. Delivery of projects in collaboration / partnership with Performance & Rewards, Global People Services (GPS), Country HR function and GBS functions HR Operations Payroll and Retirals Implement controls within the Business Unit to meet all regulatory requirements for Payroll and Benefits Partner with GPS and vendors to ensure process efficiency and service excellence Governance of all Payroll / Benefits related processes and approving exceptions for GBS Review Risks and report as required and plan and implement mitigation of Risk Other Product Support and implementation Partner with various HR functions in delivering policy and benefits implementation / changes Insurance product management, administration and day to day implementation Execution of HR Operations with the support of GPS through a Governance model Regulatory and Risk Compliance Ensure the regulatory compliance. Support GBS HR Operational Risk team to mitigate the identified issues on payroll, benefits and its respective vendors. Support Head of SD to address the mutually agreed solution Strengthen relationship with regulators and represent Organisation in regulatory meetings in the absence of Head of SD Conduct Embed the Groups Values and Group Code of Conduct to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics.
