About the Role Uber is looking to build out its Performance Marketing Team for India and is looking for someone to help with execution of acquisition, engagement & digital brand campaigns in the region. The ideal person for this role has had a paid social/ search/ programmatic media background and has worked at a high growth environment before. We are looking for someone with strong analytical, creative/storytelling, strategic thinking, and stakeholder/project management skills. What Youll Do Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies (digital brand campaigns on Youtube/Facebook/DBM etc) to improve consideration/intent including Provide thought leadership to the brand team & media partners to drive optimization strategies that will drive success Manage media budgets, spend tracking and execution of authorized plans Drive collaboration with the Brand teams to ensure that all campaigns have thoughtful learning agendas, experimental frameworks, and performance evaluation in place Foster strong and productive relationships with all media agencies, internal digital marketing channel managers, sales and technology partners Lead collaboration across Brand, Research & Insights, and Creative for multi-channel tests Own strategic initiatives and ensure execution tracks against timelines, as well as unblocking progress through actionable next steps What Youll Need Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital planning/ performance marketing Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners Hands-on experience of digital channels such as Programmatic Display, Social, Search Passionate about marketing creative and communication Experience in/around a startup or mobile culture a plus – i.e. you can adapt to quick changes within both the company and mobile industry. An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus.
