Job Title Manager Incident and Problem Management Location Gurgaon The Role and Accountabilities Managing major incidents in Network, voice and IT for external and internal customers for a 24/7 operations. Managing communications including customers, business and Colt leadership. Engaging right resource to resolve the major incident and thus avoid customer/business impact Serves as an escalation point within the Incident Management process, engage next level of management support Responsible for the efficiency & effectiveness of Incident Management process within the Organization Tracks the progress of all escalated incidents to ensure that this is resolved within the agreed -Service Level Agreement (SLA) Ensures an excellent working relationship with other Service Management process owners Oversees Incident Management training curriculum Provide reports and management information Represents the Incident Management on Change Advisory Boards (CABs) What you will need to succeed Minimum 8 years of experience in any of these areas Networks, Managed Service, Data Centres or IT operations. ITIL foundation certified , desirable ITIL practitioner Must have management & leadership skills Must have good communication skills, (active listening skills) Must have basic technical knowledge of all technology used for the business processes Must have a good understanding of the Organization and its Business Problem Analysis skills Engineering or Science or Management graduate What we offer Colt is a growing business that is investing in its people.
