The Role Responsibilities Reviewing/Managing the assigned tasks effectively and efficiently as per DOI and agreed timeline in SLA; Ensure customer satisfaction by managing delivery, that is error free, submitted in a timely manner and communicated effectively; Interact with cross functional teams and establish good net-working skills; Drive for Standardization of process across countries. Ensure proper dispensation is obtained wherever non-standard processes are required; Ensure the DoA / Approval Grid are updated at regular intervals (say, 6 months or annual); Identified risks are communicated to the stake-holders; Wherever needed understand the Policy, Procedures and operating manual for carrying out the BAU and compliance; Understand and truly follow the Group Code of Conduct, Close Personal relationships to avoid conflict of Interest; Completion of all the mandatory e-Learning before the scheduled due date; Ensure that operational controls are in place; Follow all the documentation, Operational procedures so as to ensure that we are ready to face audit at anytime and adherence to established control processes; Ensure and comply with data capture requirements for Governance Tracker and V tracker as per timelines; Carry out Work load management within the team at a periodic intervals; Ensure that On-the-Job training is given to all those who are new to process; Provide Job rotation to those who have worked in the same process for 24 months or more; Ensure that Key man risk is identified and back up planning for all the positions who carry out critical process; .
