You will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management; youll identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Your specific responsibilities will include Preparing short-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies, find opportunities to develop business by identifying the potential customers. Responsible for client relationship and regularly achieve revenue in line with team/organizational object. Handling pre-sales, sales and post- sales activities for the assigned clients. Generating sales leads through execution of aggressive marketing efforts, use of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) etc. Selling classroom/Online training programs to prospective customers Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain levels of the business activity. Expanding customer base through identifying and opening up new accounts. Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets and following up on new leads and referrals. Identifying sales prospects and contacts and other accounts as assigned. Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge. Ensuring execution of sales and marketing/promotional strategies like running webinar, seminars, tech-talks within customer organization. Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with L&D managers and wider decision-makers in the customer organization. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself. Collecting customer feedback and market research. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Qualifications Youll have proven experience in sales, with a good record of achieving targets; Minimum 3 years of related experience in Training sales is highly preferred. Other requirements Excellent commercial acumen coupled with a business development track record. Strong planning, organizing, reporting and networking skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
