What Youll Do Design and implement a de-novo driver welfare program to deliver a step change in elevating Uber as the preferred platform of choice for riders on QoS (Quality of Service)and Improve driving experience on Uber and help driver partners maximise earnings & flexibility Create a framework for a scalable and efficient implementation of the program adhering to the timelines and goals Collate, Abstract and Prioritise requirements and conceptualise them in the right way, coherent with the goals and timelines Identify capability gaps and forge the right partnerships with external parties and relevant SMEs to bridge the needs Develop and optimise scalable processes which would help streamline the program in the long run Establish key KPIs for the program and deliver on them in the short to medium term What You’ll Need 2 years of experience in program management, strategy work or related experience. Experience with training would be preferred but not mandatory Ability to zoom in to address operational nuances and zoom out to have sight of the larger goals Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly High Emotional IQ and equipped to deal with multiple stakeholders (external and internal) and understand driver/ rider mindset Flexible and forward thinking – we need someone sharp and eager to play with different models to help us scale Self-starter and collaborative leader.
