Skill: service operations , dashboards , voice process , slas; Exp: 7-10 years; Job Duties & Key Responsibilities * Duties and Responsibilities – a. Managing voice and non-voice process of REMI merchant service. (Retail business) b. Ensure & monitor defined SLAs like Repeat PERCENT / Reopen PERCENT / FTR PERCENT and KRI/KPIs etc are being met daily. c. Keep track of the key achievable via daily breakfast dashboards d. Manage process quality and continue to re-define and improve the same. e. Works towards query reduction in Merchant Service via self-service / using digital solutions like BOTS, RPA etc. f. Creation of BRDs and find opportunities for process automation or enhancements g. Managing the numerous EDC POS terminals Partners & SLA partners h. Tracking Merchant satisfaction score and work towards improving the same i. Prompt and query escalation handling as reports and work on way to prevent the same. j. Managing merchants dispute. k. Experience in handling Merchant Payment Recon process l. Good knowledge of lending systems like FinnOne is an add on Required Qualifications and Experience * 1. MBA with minimum 7-10 years of managerial experience in service operations. Having experience of handling multiple partners at an operational level 2. Good communicator and able to present in front of management 3. Understanding of FinTech space with respect to technologies used in Service and Operations will be an added advantage
