+ The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through SLA & Process Compliance.
+ You will Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.
**What will you do..**
+ You will Mainframe technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) & process compliance
+ You will be self-starter who will work with minimal oversight
+ Take up considerable initiative and discernment related to problem determination and resolution.
**How we’ll help you grow:**
+ Act as the central communication point for Design, Maintain and Communicate the service support plans in Mainframe System Programming domain.
+ Communicate the business impact of major incidents
+ Assess the impact of changes to systems, applications and infrastructure to determine requirements
+ Installation of mainframe products like TWS, File manager, Omegamon for IMS.
+ Providing support for z/OS operating system.
+ Performing Backup and Restore Operations.
+ Prioritize major incidents based on business impact to the client
+ BRM’s are authorized to login in to any priority calls during lean periods for their own knowledge gain
+ Enforce ‘drop dead’ time to prevent outage outside of change window
+ Proven working relationships with support and delivery teams, management and liaise with support areas as required
+ Providing updates / communication to senior management on the status of Mainframe support related incidents
+ Participate in daily Operations meetings provided there are no P1 incidents running.
+ Provide assistance with identifying problem management trends

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ 5+ years of experience in Mainframe System Programming domain.
+ Deep Understanding in process documentation
+ Provide technical direction and coordination to the resolver groups involved.
+ Provide support and participate in the Change Control Board and Change Control Process.
+ Provide appropriate inputs to the problem management process, RCA preparation
+ Deep understanding of the clients interpersonal structure and infrastructure environment
+ Craft in conflict situations and make quick decision while driving incidents
+ Manage and drive third parties to the quick resolution of incidents
+ Dynamic experience of Mainframe infrastructure technologies
+ Use Blocking issue matrix appropriately to get appropriate level of focus from technical teams and management.
**Preferred Tech and Prof Experience**
+ Working experience in high availability environment.
+ Alignment to process (ITIL.
