Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Provide prompt responses and resolutions to customer inquiries via live chat.
Document all chat and email information based on standard operating procedures.
Meet assigned KPI’s such as first contact resolution, chat quality, contact duration and guest satisfaction.
Deliver friendly and prompt customer service to social media outlets when needed.
Process orders while identifying and escalating priorities.
Respond to guest service email queries when needed.
Research and service inquiries to provide timely, accurate and complete resolution.
Route queries to appropriate internal partners and follows up with customer issues.
Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.
Handle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
