A Day in the Life We offer you a position where you will get to To Plan, organize and oversee the educational approaches and strategies as well as the development and resources of curriculum To develop a comprehensive educational strategy and ensure that we offer the right portfolio of training options. To ensure delivery of the Medical Education Departments contribution to BUs strategic plans To Establish and monitor a system of measurement to assess effectiveness, impact and quality of customer education. To provide recommendations on improving education process to management To support and develop academic centers in partnership with leading teaching universities across the region, to secure necessary budget/equipment and ensure Health, Safety and Environmental practice complies with Universities policy and regulations To liaise with Internal and external stakeholders on educational regulations and standards To work closely with BUs to develop Educational plans and ensure successful execution of educational programs To work in conjunction with Marketing to establish strategy and plans for customer education To assess customer educational needs & ensure alignment of customer courses curriculum with the business objectives and changing health care environment To create and interpret performance summaries in order to identify issues, collect information and draw conclusions in an objective manner Must Haves Master degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, Or MD/ PHD degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the medical (device) industry Nice to Haves Knowledge of Medtronic related therapies Advanced planning and organizational skills Strong communication skills, both oral and written Excellent interpersonal skills Project management skills Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills. Strong influencing skills to present new ideas promote collaboration and generate buy-in. Ability to work independently and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.
